Refund policy

 

We want you to absolutely love your.  If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, you may return eligible items for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin any return or exchange, you must submit a request directly through your account — go to your Order History, select the order, and submit a return request.We do not issue refunds, but we're happy to offer store credit (no expiration) or assist with an exchange based on availability.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any sale items, including purchases made using website discounts and/or discount codes.Final sale items (sale, discount codes, flash sales) are not eligible for return or exchange. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How do I return?

Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Select the order you'd like to return, and click Request a Return. Include the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason. Please do not ship anything back until you receive approval.

Who pays for the return?

If you are in the US, we will cover the return shipping for you. However, returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total.
Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders.

What items are returnable?

Only full-price items are eligible for Store Credit within 14 days from the date of delivery. All SALE items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your returns.

Can items be exchanged?


We allow the exchange of purchased items if items are available. When you send your return request via email, please add the item you'd like so we can check availability. We will put it aside if available; we cannot guarantee your exchange item until you receive a confirmation. Once the exchange request is approved and we have received your return and it's inspected, we will email you with instructions on how to complete your exchange and purchase a shipping label ($5 for exchange shipments).

What are the refund options?


We do not offer refunds. We offer:

Store credit (store credits do not expire) for items that are eligible for return and are return within the 14 day return window.

 

How do I ship back the items?


Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send back items. You can ship it back via the shipping courier of your choice. Return shipping fees are responsibility of the customer.


How soon will I get my store credit?


Store credits are typically processed with in 2-3 business days from the day your order is received. Once your return is received it will be inspected and email with your discount code will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
